Membership

Associate Membership of the Society is open to anyone who has an interest in pastel painting. Associate members are kept informed of Pastel Society exhibitions and workshops and are entitled to submit paintings for selection at our Annual Pastel Society of Ireland Exhibition. Associate membership also entitles artists to discount with our sponsors.

Full Membership of the Society is determined by a panel chosen by the Commitee and elections are based on a selection of the candidate's work. The standard is high and there are many good artists in the Society who are not full members. Full membership entitles the artist to submit paintings to our Annual Members Exhibition and to advertise their profile and selected examples of their work on this website

An Annual General Meeting is held in the Spring of each year at which the Committee and Officers of the Society are elected.
